Focus on two specific genocides that occurred relatively close to each other in time. For example, you could look at Sadaam Hussein's attacks on the Kurds in Iraq and the Rwandan genocide or the Herero massacre by the Germans (Southern Africa) and Armenia. Also, specify what effects you will be considering (social, political, economic).
Good question, you could narrow it down a little more with specifying what genocides occurred, and what aspect of culture they affected.
